1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StylMyRoom ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

• You may not modify or copy the materials
• You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software
• You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notations

3. Membership & Credits

StylMyRoom offers both free and premium memberships:

• Free Membership: 3 premium design generations across all features
• Premium Membership: Additional design credits purchased once and used at your convenience — credits never expire
• Premium credits are available immediately after successful payment
• Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account
• Unused credits remain valid indefinitely — use them at your own pace

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay:

• Payments are one-time — no recurring charges or subscriptions
• Credits are added to your account upon successful payment verification
• Refunds are not applicable once credits have been used
• For payment issues, contact us within 7 days of the transaction

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading images, you grant StylMyRoom a license to process and use them for AI generation purposes only. We do not share or sell your images to third parties.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated designs are provided "as is" for inspiration purposes. StylMyRoom makes no guarantees about the accuracy, feasibility, or suitability of the generated designs. Users should consult with professional designers before implementing any suggestions.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. StylMyRoom makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitations

In no event shall StylMyRoom or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if StylMyRoom has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

9. Modifications

StylMyRoom may revise these terms at any time without notice. By using this Service, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions.
